We have openings in Technical Support in both our Bristol and Glasgow sites. The roles involve day-to-day check-ins with customers, to ensure their systems are running as they should, recording any questions they may need answered, or issues they’re experiencing & sorting them remotely. If the issues are local/can’t be sorted remotely, passing them onto the Field Engineers team.
CSA/Customer Sales Advisor
Calling prospective customers, ascertaining their current system and contracts, what they’d like to be able to do with their phone or IT system, and running-through what Ayo Telecom can do to help their business improve productivity, efficiency and customer service! The main aim is ensuring we can help their business, and ultimately booking a free demo to see our products & services.

Full-Training & Certification
All Staff Members, regardless of experience or qualifications can go through our training programmes – these range from Customer Services, to Sales, to full technical training on our Phone & WiFi systems. All third party training and accreditation costs are covered by Ayo Telecom.

Given the situation with the recent pandemic in the UK since March 2020, we are fully-equipped to switch to ‘Work-From-Home mode’ out of the office. All staff members working from home are provided with full connectivity to do so. Flexi-time (working weekly between the office & at home) is also available for most staff members and can be arranged easily.
